decentraBNB
DecentraBNB was a cryptocurrency-based accommodation platform that combined hotel bookings with home rentals. Travellers could book hotels and houses using cryptocurrency, while property owners could list their homes for rental.
The concept brought together the hotel-booking experience of Booking.com and the home-rental model of Airbnb, with cryptocurrency as the payment method. Its purpose was to make digital assets useful in a familiar, practical setting: finding and paying for a place to stay.
As Founder & CEO, I developed the business from 2019. We promoted DecentraBNB through an outdoor advertising campaign on 380 Dubai airport taxis, bringing the platform into the city’s travel environment.
